Ryan Williams Sr.

We are proud to honor Ryan Williams Sr. who is the President of Private Landing Corporation and co-owner of Pure Luxury Mobile Detail Spa. A Chicago entrepreneur, mentor, speaker, and community advocate, Ryan has built his businesses around exceptional service and a commitment to helping others succeed. Through mentorship, speaking engagements, and community service, he works to create opportunities and strengthen the communities he serves. We are proud to honor Ryan Williams Sr. for his entrepreneurial leadership and lasting community impact.

Britney Scott

Britney Scott is a visionary, strategist, and entrepreneur who helps businesses and social media influencers bring their ideas to life. Through BWB Management Inc., she develops brands and careers, while BuildWithBrit helps young entrepreneurs turn their dreams into actionable plans. She also invests in real estate and owns Muse Me, a boutique inspired by her love of fashion. We are excited to honor Britney Scott for her entrepreneurial vision and commitment to helping others grow.

Donald “Don” Brumfield Jr.

We are honored to recognize Donald “Don” Brumfield Jr., a South Side Chicago native whose career spans entertainment, fitness, fashion, and entrepreneurship. Known for his role on VH1’s Black Ink Crew: Chicago, Don has continued to grow as an actor, model, and IFBB Pro athlete, building his career through discipline, resilience, and a commitment to personal growth.

Don is also the founder of Beyond Ordinary Studios, a production company created to develop compelling entertainment, tell powerful stories, and build lasting intellectual property. As a father, partner, athlete, and entrepreneur, he is focused on creating meaningful work and a legacy that inspires others to embrace their growth and believe in what they can build.

Frankie Robinson

We are proud to honor Frankie Robinson, a veteran media personality whose voice and presence have helped shape Chicago’s entertainment scene for more than 15 years. Frankie built her radio career at WGCI 107.5 and Power 92, where she connected with listeners and earned the title “Queen of the Midday.”

Throughout her career, Frankie has interviewed leading entertainers, including Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and Tamar Braxton. She has hosted major events across Chicago and partnered with nationally recognized brands. Her work also reaches beyond radio: Frankie co-hosted the educational teen game show Know Your Heritage, appeared on Black Ink Crew, and was featured on Windy City Live, Fox News, and CBS.

Known for her genuine personality and lasting connection with audiences, Frankie continues to make her mark across media, entertainment, and her community. We are excited to celebrate her accomplishments and honor the impact she continues to make.

Ken and Endea

Ken and Endea, founders of No Cobbs Restaurant, began their business journey in Calumet City, Illinois. They later expanded to Country Club Hills before opening No Cobbs BBQ in Harvey, Illinois, which has since become a beloved local brand.

What began with their first location has grown into a successful business known for good food, a welcoming atmosphere and strong community connections. Their newest venture, Endea’s Place, is located within their Country Club Hills location and brings together dining, drinks and entertainment, creating another space for guests to gather and enjoy themselves.

Through years of hard work, Ken and Endea have built businesses that reflect their entrepreneurial spirit while remaining focused on the people and neighborhoods they serve.
